Shipping Policy

Calypso Bay Clothing is committed to processing orders promptly and we do our best to ship in-stock items within 3-5 business days after an order is placed. Orders being sent to the United States may take an additional 4-12 business days for delivery, depending on location.
We reserve the right to refund payment and void sales at anytime.
We also offer a pick-up in-store option, please click this option when checking out, and an email will be sent when your order is ready. DUE TO COVID-19, the in-store pickup option is temporarily unavailable and has been replaced by curbside pick-up. 
We send all packages with a tracking number. Please be aware, when there is a high volume of online orders due to Black Friday sales or the holidays, our shipping process (including inputting tracking numbers) may be delayed. We will do our best to keep you updated, but if you are curious about the status of your order, please email us!
Once the package is with Canada Post, we are not responsible for any shipping or custom delays.
Package Says Delivered But I Can't Find It?
For missing packages please contact your local post office with your tracking number. Calypso Bay Clothing is not responsible for any lost merchandise. However, we advise you to reach out to our customer service team, they will do everything possible to assist with the recovery of your package!
My Package Was Stolen, What Should I Do?
We recommend contacting your local authorities immediately. Calypso Bay Clothing is not responsible for stolen packages.
